Goal: To support the mental health, healing, and holistic well-being of Black mothers impacted by systemic stress and trauma.

The Healing, Wellness & Community Care Program supports the mental health, healing, and holistic well-being of Black mothers impacted by systemic stress and trauma. By creating culturally grounded spaces for counselling, healing circles, peer support, and wellness education, this program nurtures resilience, connection, and long-term community care.

Inputs

  • Wellness workshops (stress, trauma, parenting)
